Sam is a Managing Consultant for Spring Impact, leading delivery of national and international projects and in particular leads Spring Impact’s work to scale-up healthcare innovation.
Sam’s experience in the health and social care sector includes leading Spring Impact’s partnership with the Health Foundation to explore how innovations can scale across the NHS, such as our work supporting PROMPT Maternity Foundation to systemise and validate its replication model to reduce preventable harm to mothers and babies during childbirth in the UK.
He led the development of Spring Impact’s practical tool that helps innovators to spread healthcare innovations and has also worked with KeyRing to replicate its unique, proven approach to inspiring people that need support to live independently to other social care organisations across the UK.
